Dr. Per Enge
Professor of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Stanford University

An acknowledged expert in global positioning systems, Dr. Enge directs the GPS Research Laboratory at Stanford, is a Member of the National Academy of Engineering, and is a Fellow of both the IEEE and the Institute of Navigation. In the 1990s, he led the development of a medium frequency radio system for the broadcast of differential GPS corrections, which currently serves over one million land and maritime users. More recently, Dr. Enge helped lead the development of the wide and local area augmentation systems (WAAS and LAAS) that provide GPS integrity data to airborne users.


Dr. Simon Wong
Professor of Electrical Engineering Department, Stanford
University

Dr. Simon Wong is a Fellow of the IEEE.  He was most recently the CEO of  the Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI) in Hong Kong, China.  He is an expert in RF CMOS technology, specializing in high performance semiconductor devices, advanced interconnection technologies and high frequency component modeling.


Dr. Bruce Wooley
Professor and chairman, Electrical Engineering Department, Stanford University

Dr. Bruce Wooley is a Fellow of the IEEE, vice president of the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society and serves on the board of Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. (ISSI). He is a world-renowned expert in analog circuit design, including both high-frequency and baseband
analog architectures. Prior to joining Stanford University, Dr. Wooley spent 14 years with Bell Laboratories.
